My multi-directional process disregards conventions of gravity, scale or proximity.

When beginning a painting or drawing I typically start with the canvas oriented in one direction then turn it 90-degrees clockwise continuing to add to the composition until the image is complete. The discoveries I make while playing inside this constantly shifting perspective add depth and motion to the works.
